GlobalNet and SG.GS Announce Partnership

Global network solutions provider SG.GS and Dutch Internet Service Provider GlobalNet are teaming up to extend connectivity around the globe. Connection to DATAIX and DATAIX-SG, powered by GlobalNet, is now available at SG.GS locations in the Asia-Pacific region.

The telecommunication companies have just signed a partnership agreement allowing them to resell the service of connecting to the international Internet Exchange network to customers from almost all of Eurasia. Now peering in DATAIX provides connectivity to the largest hosting providers and content generators around the globe through fast access via SG.GS. Connecting to DATAIX has become easier for SG.GS clients from Japan, China, Indonesia, and many other countries in the region.

The Global Sales Director of GlobalNet, Nina Saidi, considers the collaboration of the two companies as an important step in establishing GlobalNet as a global service provider: 'This is a significant event for the whole team, as we can now confidently say that access to our services covers almost all of Eurasia.
